DepEd’s Way:The New Normal Education

 Philipine Education is one of the major concerns of our government for it is an important aspect for our country's development and also for its social and economic immobility. It has undergone to several stages of development which is handled by the Department of Education and lead by Secretary Leonor Briones .

 

   Unfortunately , the world was disrupted by a pandemic which is the COVID 19 where a threat was  released on humanity's  health,.almost all sectors of the humans were affect but it especially the education sector .Considering this global problem, classes ended earlier than its usual time and was paused for 5 -6 months . To sustain the education , DepEd  planned several ideas and implementation  of continuing classes without anyone being harmed . They decided to shift distance learning and delayed face-to-face classes until this pandemic is not present. Instead of going to school , students stay in their houses and study base on two modalities of learning - Modular learning and Online learning.

        Along with the implementation of the new normal education ,some students doesn't agree on the continuation of classes in this school year and voice out their opinions.  They demand effective ,an education that everyone can afford and that no one must be left behind. As soon as the school started ,problems about  the the new normal education arose.

    Well for me , as a student , quality education means enlightening , empowering and essential filling of knowledge to us students in a functional process , not sustaining the continuation of education in an ineffective way.

    Time flies so fast for I am now moving on to the third quarter of my grade 10 journey. As always I learned new topics this second quarter.      Its been a year since the COVID 19 pandemic started and millions of cases up until now were continuously reported . after a few months of this pandemic, severl vaccines were presented from different countries . The Philippines is the last Southeast Asian nation to receive a COVID-19 vaccine supply. But its better having one than having nothing.
