    Time flies so fast for I am now moving on to the third quarter of my grade 10 journey. As always I learned new topics this second quarter. Just like the first grading period, I will share my experience from the subject who made me do blogging, ICT! . Think of this as my “ Through out my ICT Learnings ver. 2.0”. There are so many tags that sometimes I am confused by which tag will I used but I am lucky enough to learn it with a not so short time . I learned how to use notepad.   We get really excited as we know when festivals are approaching. And when we say festival, good and delicious food , various products, fun activities and bonding with our love ones always comes first in our minds. Especially the festival celebrated in the capital place of Ilocos Sur, the Vigan City Festival. It is a special event where we can earn another memorable and different experience .   Along with the commemoration festivity of Vigan’s cityhood , Longganisa Festival is also celebrated as this food is the specialty of Biguenos , a food that has an addicting garlicky taste most loved by Filipinos especially us , Ilokanos.
